Securitisation/Structured Finance Analyst - Private CreditOur client is seeking a Securitisation Analyst for their Private Credit division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, working on evaluating new transactions in the corporate lending and structured finance space.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with Portfolio Managers and the execution team, with exposure to clients as part of the due diligence process. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, based in a modern Sydney CBD office.
What you'll do: Analyse the financial health and performance of corporationsAssess risk profiles and develop financial models to support various transactionsFocus on creating and analysing asset-backed securities and other structured instrumentsPerform detailed cash flow projections, conduct scenario analyses, and assess the impact of different financial structures on the issuing entitiesRun due diligence for credit transactions and prepare credit papers for approval by ICCollaborate effectively with trading, sales, and legal teams What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MathematicsUnderstanding of corporate financial statements and key ratiosFamiliarity with loan structures, terms, structured finance products, particularly asset-backed securitiesKnowledge of warehouse lending structures and processesProficiency in analyzing large datasets and loan-level dataAbility to perform cash flow modelling for ABS transactionsExperience with financial modelling and scenario analysisStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations What sets this company apart: Our client is a leading financial services provider.
