Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master focusing on a Regulatory Project within our Regulatory and Remediation mission. This role is pivotal in supporting the Delivery Chapter in delivering various programs (Bank business, regulatory and tech). As part of delivery leadership within the chapter you will drive agile delivery activities, quarterly planning session, stakeholder management, risk and financial management of the project.
What you'll need to succeed Accountable and Responsible for end to end project delivery (in agile WoW) by ensuringResponsible for running agile ceremonies and ensuring squads are within appropriate governance and practicesResponsible for Quarterly planning and RAID managementWork with scrum masters/project managers and program managers to manage dependencies and resolutions.Stakeholder Management & Communication: You will collaborate with and be able to influence a wide range of stakeholders and be able to communicate with people at all levels.Bring in the best delivery practices by following Momentum ways of working and coaching/guiding towards success.What you'll get in return Proven experience working as an agile delivery lead / scrum master with exposure to project management in a large organization.Proven experience working with CPS230.Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end to end pieces of work.Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, ability to quickly adapt to new environments and challenges.Strong presentation & stakeholder management skills - comfortable with talking and presenting to senior business stakeholders including collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, including compliance, legal, technology and business teams.Experience in financial forecasting and tracking.What you need to do now
