Key Responsibilities:Preparing and organising practical experiments for science lessons.Ensuring all laboratory equipment is maintained and stored safely.Providing technical support to science staff and students during lessons.Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the science labs.Managing the inventory of science materials and ordering new supplies as required.Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to in the laboratory.The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Science Technician or in a similar technical role within a school or laboratory environment.
You will need a good understanding of scientific procedures, equipment, and health and safety regulations.
A strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
