Role Overview: You will be a vital part of community safety, ensuring children, parents, teachers, and motorists are safe as they cross roads near schools. This role offers a chance to become a familiar and trusted face within the community.
Position Details: This is a casual position providing relief at various sites within the Wollongong Local Government Area.Shifts typically occur between 8:00-9:30 AM and 2:30-4:00 PM on school days, with a minimum of one hour per shift, Monday to Friday during the school term.Hourly pay plus superannuation.About You: You are community-minded and reliable, willing to work in all weather conditions.You possess effective communication skills and are alert to safety concerns.You enjoy building community relationships and making a difference.Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time of appointment.All necessary training, uniforms, and equipment will be provided.You will need to obtain a Working with Children Check, Police Check, Reference Checks, and a Health Assessment.
