As a Restaurant Manager, it's your responsibility to build a passionate team to make sure we continue to spread happiness.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Coach, mentor and develop Team Members; Maintain exceptional standards of product quality; Contribute to and build a caring, inclusive and genuine culture; Support Local Area Marketing initiatives; Manage financial aspects of restaurant operations.
Key Ingredients
2 - 3 years of restaurant management experience; Food preparation and basic cooking skills is desirable but not essential; Experience managing KPIs and delivering top-notch results; You care about the quality of your work and the work of your team; Create a fun and optimistic environment for your team; You're a constructive, positive, and considerate communicator; You thrive on the challenges of a busy work environment; You have a love of food and exceptional customer service; Ambitious and hungry for future growth in the hospitality industry.
