About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Work's Co-Ordinator to join the Skilltech team working on the Intellihub contract. In this role, you will be tasked with the daily scheduling of work orders across our field team. This position is a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment, so time management is equally important as interpersonal skills. This position will require you to be based in our Kirrawee office working Monday-Friday.
About you

Excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be the point of call to Customers, Clients, and technicians.
Previous experience in work order management, scheduling, or allocating is advantageous.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced people management environment, dealing with both Clients and Technicians frequently.
Great attention to detail and experience in general administrative duties.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to problem-solve efficiently.
