This is a 7-month fixed term contract ending in August 2025.Key Responsibilities include:Develop rolling schedule to dispatchDispatch work order schedule to crewsPlan/schedule the next 2+ weeks of work as requiredManage schedule changesManage in-day jeopardiesConduct job planning activities as required including:Escalate work back to job planningComplete work order finalisation activities as requiredInform customers and stakeholders on job statusEngage with Works Planning and Field Team to optimise crew utilisation, productivity, efficiency, and effectivenessAbout YouTo be successful in this position you will be customer focused, assertive, and able to make timely decisions.
