About the role Our Asset Management team are a high performing and innovation focused team of Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity professionals. We work closely with our clients providing project and operational support across many asset types including vessels, pipelines, piping, rotating equipment, process and heavy machinery.
As a Master Data Specialist, you will work with existing national clients on asset management and maintenance projects and be supported to continue our success in generating innovative, fit for purpose and cost-effective solutions for our customers. Within this role, you will:
Work directly with customers day-to-day, driving project deliverables.Take a key role in developing, implementing and improving asset management systems and processes.Develop new or manage existing CMMS Master DataDevelop project data definition guides and configure project instances accordinglyCarry out periodic QC to ensure project data quality as per internal quality processes and data definition guidanceProduce of reports and/or metrics for data elements of assigned projects as requiredContribute to continuous improvement in all necessary systems, processes and procedures in delivery of master data projectsMaintain an up to date knowledge of techniques and best practices appropriate to master data managementProvide mentoring to junior staff engaged in support of data management scopes of workProvide training in data management for own and client staff as requiredManage project independently and mentor team memberTravel to site as requiredAbout you You will ideally have a background in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments with a proven capability to deliver to project timelines as well as:
A degree or trade backgroundComputer Literate with good capability of MS Office suite of programs and Intermediate / Advanced skills in MS Access and SQL; a programming language capability is advantageousProficient developing and managing one or more CMMS databases (i.e. Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE, AMOS)Experience with Equipment hierarchy, Bill of Materials and Maintenance Plan development.Experience preferably in maintenance operations and teams,The energy and passion to challenge themselves and the team, innovate and step outside their "comfort zone" do deliver valueA high competence and passion to use data to drive projects and reporting.Demonstrated initiative to identify and extend service opportunities with existing customers.The new Verbrec brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients.
