About the roleThe Intern Role is with the ANZ Bid Management Team. The intern will work with sales teams and the internal Proposal Management Team to provide a professional, high-quality service, contributing to the development and production of high-quality bid documents, including proposals, bid responses and other customer-specific deliverables.
What you'll do:Document design, layout and managementSupport the proposal management process, including checking the quality of deliverables, carefully reviewing and editing documentsParticipate in regular Bid cadence/review meetingsUse appropriate templates to help prepare documents compliant with customer requirementsActively participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement programsCommunication Skills Help craft SAP general responses based on information providedReview documents to ensure consistency with SAP branding and One VoiceArrange content logically for ease of comprehensionDevelop messages and rewrite texts for better understandingConduct content, spelling and grammar and formatting checksProject Support Actively search and support knowledge repositories through contributions, when necessarySupport the development of customer collateral deliverablesMaintain accurate records of activities related to the proposal processCustomer Centric Approach Help connect customers based on needs and interestsActively seek ways to improve offerings for customers internally and externally – and proactively suggest themWho you are:We're looking for someone who takes initiative, loves to read, perseveres, and stays curious.
