This is a fast-paced, varied and physical role that will see you on your feet for most of the day lifting eskies and unloading and sorting with accuracy.
To meet our current requirements, you will be needed approximately three to five days a week.
Two roles will be a day shift (8.30am to 4.45pm) and the other afternoon (2pm to 10.15pm).

The day to dayGreet and assist clients by phone and in personProcess incoming sample deliveries into the laboratory including the sorting and labelling of samplesRead and understand client Chain of Custody (CoC) documentation including analytical testing requirementsLiaising with clients (internal and external) in regard to sample submissions and related queriesManually move samples and eskies around the laboratory utilising provided equipment (typically around 15kg)Maintaining an excellent standard of occupational health and safetyMaintaining a clean and tidy work environmentThe EssentialsExcellent communication, organisational and time management skillsGood presentation, professional attitude and attention to detailDemonstrated reliability and efficiencyAbility to absorb and retain informationAbility to process large volumes of samples and records efficiently and within strict timeframesHow to applyPlease apply on-line and provide a cover letter and CV that best demonstrate your motivation and ability to meet the requirements of this role.
