For more information, visit Role:As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will provide guidance and leadership across all areas of Salesforce Platform solutions.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies.
Your responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs while aligning with long-term architectural goals.
Staying current on Salesforce releases and providing thought leadership on best practices for CRM solutions from a technical perspective are also key aspects of this role.Experience:Minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture/Solution ArchitectureFull cycle implementation experience with SFDC (application design, integration, deployment) and ability to map business processes to SFDCStrong knowledge of SFDC and its integration components (APIs, Security, Data Model, Apex Web Services, APIs, outbound messaging)Proficiency in APEX and Visualforce, with deep knowledge of SFDC configuration including workflows, validation rules, and approval processesGood understanding of enterprise application integration including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL data migration, and hands-on experience with middleware tools like Informatica, Cast Iron, TIBCO, ETL tools, etc.Ability to define system landscape architecture and identify gaps between current and target statesGood to have skills: Salesforce Technical Developer, Technical Architect, Delivery LeadResponsibilities:Provide technical guidance across all Salesforce platform solutionsUnderstand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions using Salesforce technologiesBuild relationships with key stakeholdersOffer thought leadership on best CRM practices from a technical perspectiveStay updated on Salesforce releases, changes, and new features impacting existing customizationsDesign scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business needsDemonstrate thought leadership in Salesforce CRM and platform implementation projectsCertifications:System ArchitectService CloudWhat we offer:Enjoy a flexible work culture, semi-annual progression reviews, and free ongoing training to help you reach your full potential.How to apply:If you fit the profile, apply now.
