Our Federal Government Client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Release Manager for a 12-month contract with a potential 12-month extension.
The position is open to VIC residents and Australian Citizens who can obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement.12-month contract with a potential extensionLocation: VICOpen to Australian CitizensAbility to obtain Baseline Security ClearanceKey responsibilities include:Establishing and maintaining release management processes in consultation with relevant stakeholders.Managing release schedules aligned with dependencies and priorities.Conducting impact assessments and coordinating releases across applications.Overseeing readiness criteria and go/no-go checkpoints.Liaising with delivery partners and ensuring compliance with ICT change management processes.Managing release status reports, risks, and dependencies.Serving as a connector between release, environments, CICD, and delivery teams.Driving continuous improvement and automation in release management.Candidate requirements:Experience in Release and/or Project Management within Federal or State Government environments.At least 3-5 years managing Release Management processes in enterprise systems.Experience with platforms like MuleSoft and Salesforce, including integrations.Knowledge of project management, software development, testing, and governance frameworks.Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation.Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry-recognized project management certifications (e.g., Diploma of Project Management, SAFe Agile).For inquiries, reference job number #269596.
