You will work closely with the Commercial & Sustainability Office and Business Divisions to understand their needs, translating business requirements into system improvements.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms, and a deep knowledge of how to leverage these tools to create customer-centric solutions that drive performance and operational efficiency.
To be successful as Salesforce Product Manager, you will need to: Manage the Salesforce platform: This includes user profiles, roles, permissions, validation rules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.Translate business requirements into solutions: Design well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and improvements.Ensure user support and training: Provide end-user support and training to maximize value and gather feedback to improve the user experience.Oversee platform updates and improvements: Keep track of Salesforce updates, new features, and system improvements, and decide how to incorporate these into the existing infrastructure.Manage strategy and roadmap: Define the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for products within the Salesforce platform, including reviewing product data, defining scope, and developing timelines with engineering teams.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.About You: Are you ready for your next exciting role where you will develop, implement and optimise our Salesforce platform?

Qualifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Developer will be well regardedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platformsStrong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible terms to senior executives, board members, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for technology initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and critically, anticipating challenges and identifying innovative solutions to complex business and technology issues.Toll Group is proud to be a Women 4 Stem Corporate member - Toll Group – Women 4 STEM
