ABOUT THE ROLE The Salesforce CRM Manager at Scape Group is a pivotal member of the Technology Team, helping our business stakeholders leverage the Salesforce platform by designing new capabilities and continuously improving existing ones:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities to improve digital experiences.Drive our Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales, Service, and Marketing (including integrations).Execute our roadmap with internal resources and partners for major capabilities.Monitor and drive user adoption (including training).Oversee technical documentation (with support from a BA).Manage system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer (with support from a BA).Oversee all aspects of user support including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules (with help from our service desk team).THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a motivated individual with big ideas and the drive to act.
Hands-on experience across the Core Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ideally Marketing Cloud) as an admin, combined with a product owner mindset, would differentiate your profile.
A background in high-growth companies where everyone wears multiple hats would be an added bonus.
This position is based in our Sydney HQ office and requires working on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
We offer flexible work options, such as starting or finishing early or working from home occasionally, subject to approval from your manager.
