What will you be doing as a Sales Advisor?Fast moving consumer goodsCold callingPre-booking appointments from cold callingBringing in new businessBuilding business with existing clients, upsellingFamiliarity with tenders and filling out government tendersExperience selling to schools, hospitals, coffee shops, colleges, universities, and tourist attractions is ideal but not essential40 hours - flexible time - hybrid; can be home-based and call in 1 day a week to update, focused on making sales rather than hours workedNot micromanaged unless not making salesIf using own car, mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile, or can collect a company car (not to take home, just to leave at the office for collecting goods)Phones - can download an app called Call Switch as all calls are recorded. If not happy, can have a company phone.£30k commission (to be worked out) will come into play after probationWill be given a company laptopLooking for someone versatile, who is not straight-laced and can be a bit boldMajor Recruitment is acting as a recruitment business.
