By delivering fresh fruit, milk, and pantry essentials to workplaces, and running a vending service for the construction and infrastructure sectors, F2W drives social impact through practical services.

About the Role Are you a driven sales professional excited by the idea of making a real difference? Fruit2Work is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Queensland team. This stand-alone field role focuses on expanding our footprint across Brisbane, working independently with support from our Melbourne team. If you're motivated by achieving results while contributing to a powerful social cause, this is the opportunity for you. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing a dynamic sales strategy aimed at opening new markets and building relationships with clients who want to make a positive social impact.
What You Bring Passion for our story and commitment to our mission. Sales experience within social enterprise (preferred). Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Resilience and determination to meet challenges head-on. Self-motivation and independence, with strong team collaboration skills. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and excel under pressure. Sales planning skills, KPI and target orientation. Driver's license and willingness to travel as this is a field role. Key Responsibilities Pursue sales inquiries and identify new customer prospects. Engage and consult with potential clients to uncover needs. Collaborate closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations. Build expert knowledge of our product and service offerings. Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to closure. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Draft and deliver quotations.
