Founded in 2015, Red Arrow Brewing Co. has been a proud fixture of the craft beer scene in the Cowichan Valley, combining passion, craftsmanship, and innovation to create unforgettable brews.
We are looking to expand our presence on the Southern Island, and we need a dedicated, dynamic Sales Representative to help us continue the growth of the Red Arrow brand south of the Malahat.

Role Overview:
As the Southern Vancouver Island Sales Representative, reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for expanding our retail and draught accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
You will represent the Red Arrow brand; actively seek out new opportunities, build partnerships, and ensure that our accounts receive the best service and product quality.
This is a role for someone motivated, energetic, and passionate about the craft beer industry.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Establish and grow new wholesale accounts while nurturing and expanding existing relationships across all available sales channels.Brand Ambassador: Embody and promote Red Arrow's values while hosting tastings, participating in industry events, and actively showcasing the brand.Customer Service: Regularly visit accounts to ensure exceptional service and gather feedback, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.Sales Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership and brewing teams to meet sales targets, align goals, and ensure product availability.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and implement sales strategies.Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and promote continuous improvement.Order Management: Take and submit wholesale orders from accounts; ensure timely and accurate processing.Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Red Arrow's product line, staying updated on new developments and trends within the craft beer industry.What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the craft beer industry.Strong knowledge and passion for craft beerProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partnersValid driver's license.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as requiredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.A self-motivated individual who is community-driven and passionate about growing the Red Arrow brand.Why Join Red Arrow Brewing Co.?
