Sales Reception - Director of First Impressions
Are you ready to become the face of our business and make a lasting first impression? We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as our Director of First Impressions at our Broadbeach office. This role is the heartbeat of our communication and business interactions, making it a pivotal component of our success.
As our Director of First Impressions, you will be responsible for managing phone communications, warmly greeting guests, and providing administrative support to both our sales and administration departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Communication:
Handle incoming phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring excellent phone rapport and top-notch customer service.
Greeting Guests:
Be the welcoming face of our business, creating a positive and lasting first impression for our clients and visitors.
Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support our sales and administration departments.
Empathy and Proactivity:
Demonstrate empathy, intuition, and a proactive approach to serving others, ensuring our clients' needs are met with care and efficiency.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional appearance, exhibit a positive, outgoing, and cheerful demeanor, and always uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and teamwork.
Office Appearance:
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office environment, making it a pleasant and efficient workspace for all.
Auction Support:
Assist with auction registrations and In Room Auction set-up as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a receptionist role.
Strong administration skills and experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for interacting with people.
A professional appearance and demeanor.
A strong work ethic and a sense of ownership in your work.
Ability to create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Demonstrated empathy and a genuine concern for others.
