Join our team.Your role at Clorox:Enable tighter controls and assist in unlocking efficiency & sales growth with the Retail Team.Support the National Account Team with insights and actions to enhance sales customer engagement.Support the Revenue Growth Manager and Head of Retail as they interact with Sales Director and Finance for claims management and SOX compliance.In this role, you will:TRADE SPEND MANAGEMENTTRADE SPEND – ADMIN for Woolworths & ColesAssist the NAMs with the administrative tasks related to trade spend management:INTERNAL – Use the NAM's Commercial Plan as basis for loading & updating the case deal, coop & deferred deals in Promax / iTPM.EXTERNAL – Load the NAM's agreed Promo Plan into WW Partner Hub & complete the NAM agreed Promotional Plan into the required Coles PAFs.TRADE SPEND – CONTROLS for Woolworths, Coles & IndependentsSupport the NAMs' commercial plan by:Preparing the SPDA documentation and analysis to support the NAM who is responsible for gaining approval & internal alignment on Trade Spend (case deal & coop) and Pricing Adjustment.Accurately executing Promax / iTPM accruals as per NAMs commercial plan.Correctly uploading the NAM's verified plans into customers' portals (WW PartnerHub, MetProms, Foodland).Providing analytical support to assist in identifying variations, so NAM's plans are reasonably within the approved trade spend ratios.CLAIM VALIDATION for Metcash NationalValidate Metcash claims by:Verifying that the SKU, case deal & dates on the claim align with the agreed promo plan in MetProms.Ensuring that the total claim for each activity does not exceed the corresponding accrual in Promax, which is updated using warehouse withdrawal data from Circana.Prompt reporting and documenting variations to NAMs to take remediating actions.CLAIM INVESTIGATION for Coles & WoolworthsInvestigate Claim Queries received from customers.Discuss findings with NAMs and align on next steps.FORECAST REVIEW & ANALYSISFORECAST ACCURACY in Independents, Coles, & WoolworthsEnsure that the NAMs' forecast in the Commercial file accurately reflects current demand trends:INTERNAL – Provide NAMs with an analysis of the forecast using Circana data to identify sources of variation for the NAMs to review and adjust.EXTERNAL – Provide NAMs with an analysis of the forecast using the Customer's forward demand plan to identify sources of variation for the NAMs to review and align as part of external supply collaboration.STOCK AVAILABILITY for Independents, Coles & WoolworthsAssess if stock availability will necessitate promotional accrual adjustments:Review out-of-stock reports from the Supply/Demand team.Call out promos that need to be rescheduled due to issues with stock availability.If required, lead allocation meetings to fairly split the stocks across the retailers.NRM PROJECTS & INITIATIVESSupport the Revenue Growth Manager as required.NEW LINESManage the detailed paperwork involved in launching a new range in Retail Customers with input & guidance from NAMs for the following:Loading in Woolworths PartnerHub.Completing New Line Forms in Coles & Independents.Submitting BizCaps forms.Processing SPDA approvals etc.What we look for:Years and Type of Experience:1-3 years working experience in accounting, auditing or financial services within FMCG industry.Candidates with experience in processing claims from Woolworths, Coles and Metcash.Preference for University graduate who has also worked in a supermarket and understands FMCG the industry.Skills and Abilities:Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with experience in using Power Query & Power BI.Experienced in other Microsoft Offices (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook).Good interpersonal skills and self-awareness.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Good planning and time management - ability to meet tight deadlines.Confident and experienced with using computer / technological systems.Good administrative skills with exposure to Circana / IRI and Promax preferable.Ability to work autonomously and in a team with high level of curiosity and problem-solving skills.An ability to operate effectively with senior management and exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality when required.Workplace type:We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
