About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager specifically for our Health Sales division.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for optimising our sales operations to drive performance and growth in the health insurance sector.
You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and manage the day-to-day functions of a high-performance contact centre, ensuring our sales team has the tools and support they need to succeed.
This includes analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, developing sales reports, and implementing best practices across the team.
Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
