Salary: $106,025 -$117,363 pa (Clerk Grade 7/8) + Superannuation - Annual Leave Loading
Primary purpose of the role As a Sales & Marketing Services Coordinator you will drive the promotion of marketing initiatives for Corrective Services Industries (CSI) by strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective customers, aiming to maximise business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of CSI product sales on the Catalogue Buys Platform, monitoring sales, providing customer support, listing new products and generating reports for Executive review.
What you'll do As part of the role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and driving marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and business growth. You will build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring consistent communication and tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Essential Requirements: Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role. Relevant qualifications: Business, Marketing, or other tertiary qualifications desirable. What we're looking for Experience with end to end tendering process including pre-registration, submission, management and obtaining feedback. Extensive demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, including the coordination of online ordering platforms, customer management, sales and development of strategic review reports, participation in trade shows and other promotional activities. Pronto proficiency is essential - must be willing to undertake training and attain proficiency. Knowledge of customer service and sales strategies. Proven experience in computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel spread sheets, EDRMS, Pronto, Catalogue Buys platform, myWorkZone. Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description.
