Job description As dominant leaders in the international online media space, our client requires the services of a high caliber Sales Manager to manage a team of 4 Inside Sales Professionals who promote a range of digital advertising products to an existing portfolio of clients, and ensure the ongoing management of a stable portfolio of advertiser accounts across Queensland.
Having grown in size extensively over the past 7 years, our client has built a positive reputation as offering a suite of high quality and effective advertising products to a variety of industry sectors. Additionally, they are renowned as an employer who looks after its staff, with career progression through their organisation a key characteristic of their successful culture.
Given the nature of this position is based out of the office quite frequently, day to day you will enjoy being out on the road meeting with your clients and working with them to attract the best advertising results possible for their business. On a daily basis, you will work with them from a consultative standpoint and be regarded as a trusted adviser to them and their business – not just another sales person.
With proven experience in linking client goals with advertising solutions, the candidates we are interested to speak to will have a background in managing sales teams, developing and maintaining strategic business relationships within the small to medium business marketplace, and have worked in this capacity prior ideally within another business.
