About the Role With a recent pivot in business strategy, this newly created role is part of a new Professional Audio Division that provides business solutions to system integrators.
Solutions include wired & wireless microphones, studio monitors, headphones and headsets, audio streaming, direct-to-broadcast, professional audio, musical instrument touring & rental, and AV integration.
Key Responsibilities Own and develop the Queensland reseller patch, which already has lucrative relationships and generates $2 million in revenue organically.
Utilize market data and technical expertise to strengthen reseller and alliance partnership sales channels.
Manage the full sales cycle and create strategic business opportunities through tactical sales plans.
Proactively manage contract negotiations and act as a focal point for business communication projects and teams.
Build and develop industry relationships using technical aptitude, engineering curiosity, and a consultative approach.
Work Environment and Support Work fully remotely with a closely-knit team, regular inter-state catch-ups, and support from high-performing Technical Consultants for technical discussions with larger clients.
Compensation The package includes an 80/20 commission split based on overall sales, a car allowance, and an estimated total package of around $150,000 per annum.
