The Sales Manager, QLD Enterprise is responsible for all sales and customer relationship management activities to drive effective growth of our market share and profitability within the market segment; QLD Enterprise Sales. Demonstrating segment leading leadership abilities to integrate the functions of the team to derive maximum value and growth for Optus Enterprise.
This role will ensure communication and relationships across Sales Consultants, Service Management, Consulting Architects, and Sales Specialists, along with ensuring that other requisite resources are accurately coordinated within the sales teams. You will primarily focus on acquisition and accelerated growth of accounts, and execution on larger strategic acquisition opportunities within existing accounts where significant opportunities arise. Additionally, tackling primary accountability for Customer Satisfaction, shared with the Service Management team.
Further to the above, this Director will be driving forward 'C' level engagement strategies across Key Enterprise Accounts to position Optus's credibility as the Challenger ICT and Telco provider in QLD. Bringing to bear trusted relationships to grow and provide services into new and existing focused accounts.
Your day in the life as a Sales Manager at Optus As our QLD Sales Leader, you will develop strategic business plans, territory management plans, account and opportunity plans along with implementing sales programs. Complimented with the development of your broader sales team and support personnel.
Leading and shaping a portfolio of large enterprise customers to ensure their ICT service requirements are met and implement plans to grow customer revenue by building and delivering additional services into those enterprise customers.
Be the anchor and leader for a team of account managers and business development managers to ensure effective territory planning, account allocation, and partner plans in place to achieve their individual targets.
Your skills to pay the bills Extensive relationship sales management experience within the IT or Telecommunications fields in a management position, bolstered by a validated sales track record in achieving growth through acquisition strategies, sales teams, and customer retention.
You lead strategically with a focus on future growth; crafting a profitable future state by designing structures, systems, processes, goals, and values at your organisation.
A background in strategic selling environments; this experience includes the creation and nurturing of long-term business relationships and the development of strategic business planning.
