We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our EasyAuto 123 site to lead our team to even greater heights.
If you are a high calibre automotive sales management professional with a reputation for honesty, leadership, and positive customer orientation who has a strong work ethic and can develop and oversee clear processes and actions with your team – then we want to hear from you.
This position calls for a dedicated hands-on operator with the appropriate dealership experience to work actively with your team to achieve the set objectives. This role requires active leadership on the yard as well as great people skills when meeting with customers, helping make sales, and guiding and coaching your sales team.
To be successful in meeting expectations of this role, you will need: Previous Automotive Experience High levels of customer orientation and desire to win by doing things the right way A competitive but friendly, energetic, cooperative, and proactive nature The ability to multitask and handle pressure situations in a calm manner A genuine desire and ability to help the sales team exceed their potential Strong organisational capability, a high degree of attention to detail and administration skill A history of successfully running a vehicle sales department & achieving profit objectives.
