Job Description
We're seeking a Health Sales Leader with a consultative sales approach to join our team and drive growth in our rapidly expanding healthcare business.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the healthcare sector.
You'll inspire and mentor a team to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and close deals.
As our Health Sales Leader, you'll be vital in partnering with our clients throughout their digital transformation journey, positioning yourself and NCS as a trusted advisor.
You'll build and foster relationships with C-level executives to drive strategic growth opportunities, craft compelling sales proposals and tender responses, and help your team exceed targets.
With your passion and expertise, you'll help our clients achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role leading and building a portfolio of health clients for a tech consultancy, systems integrator or professional services firm
An expert in consultative and solution sales
A strong background in sales with a strong network of health contacts
Extensive experience selling products, solutions and services in cloud, digital transformation, application modernisation, data and AI
A strong leader that can mentor, guide and motivate
The ability to drive complex bids, RFP and RFQ's
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels
The ability to build relationships within complex enterprise and government clients
A passionate self-starter with a collaborative attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills driven by sales success
A consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversations
