Key Responsibilities:This is a hunter role; proactively prospecting new business opportunities within the IT services sector.Identifying and approaching potential clients, developing tailored strategies for each.Managing strategic account relationships or a market portfolio, and understanding clients' needs in areas like Maintenance, Development, Cloud, and Modernization services.Converting opportunities into tangible business deals through a strong, confident, and persuasive personality.Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.Networking and influencing at the executive level, including CIO/CTO, CMO, CFO, and Executive Director.Accurately forecasting and assessing revenue opportunities.Collaborating with internal teams to align products, solutions, and services to customer needs.Assisting in establishing a larger sales organization within the Australia region.Requirements:Sales experience within the IT services sector.An analytical mindset, able to deeply understand client questions and identify business expansion opportunities.Flexible attitude with strong stakeholder management skills.Ability to combine various service modules into comprehensive solutions.Strong understanding of the business impact of projects or managed services for clients.Ability to qualify deals based on strategic objectives, client requirements, and Techwave's offerings.In-depth knowledge of the IT Outsourcing space and competitive landscape.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
