The passion, contribution and care of our 1,900 employees and 3,000 subcontractors are fundamental to our continued growth as one of Australia's largest building groups.The RoleAs a Sales Development Manager, you will support our New Homes Consultants through 'on the job' training by working alongside them in display homes and leading sales appointments with customers.This role is predominantly field-based, with availability required on weekends and outside of normal working hours.You will primarily be responsible to:Coach and mentor our NHCs to achieve high performance and work closely with the team to review/set goals and sales targetsConsistently enhance and contribute to a supportive high-performance team culture that aligns with the ABN Group's value, vision, purpose and SCAManage the recruitment, induction and onboarding of New Homes ConsultantsConduct one-to-one meetings with NHCs to review pipeline, track enquiry and identify areas of opportunitySupport and foster relationships with external stakeholders including developers and land agentsYouTo be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:Proven successful sales experience in the WA residential building industryMentoring and training capability to nurture and upskill employeesAbility to effectively instil trust and deliver exceptional customer service to all key stakeholdersAbility to measure KPIs and provide open and constructive feedbackDemonstrated experience to implement initiatives to drive high performanceTime management skills and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhy ABN?At ABN Group, we believe in investing in our people's growth and development.
