As the Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Sales Manager in fulfilling orders by ensuring all required documentation and coordination is carried out in a timely manner.
You will also support the business by being a direct contact for day-to-day business with the chosen set of accounts.
Your day to day will be to prioritise orders, and the processes required to fulfill production and ensure all orders are completed within the necessary time frame.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and the Operations team both locally and overseas, you will need to communicate and manage the status of each order.
Primary duties:

Communicate with Retail Clients daily.
Process data and reports into sales spreadsheets and the company database.
Create brochures and costing sheets for presentations & submission to clients.
Manage and collate tender information and enter the tender portal.
Coordinate and collaborate with Compliance, Technical and Design teams.
Communicate with factories overseas, following up on deliverables and due dates.
Process orders and ensure all documentation is correctly filed and up to date.
Monitor orders and logistics status.
Check artwork and packaging against the sales order.
Check inspection reports against the sales order.
Process client paperwork and contracts.
Order and send out sample products.
Manage parcel deliveries including unpacking and packing samples for couriers.

Skills and Attributes:

A proactive approach to tasks and flexible in duties required to get the job done.
Positive response to a deadline driven environment.
Strong work ethic and exceptional organisation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role.
Intermediate Excel Skills with a strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
Ability to prioritize with good time management.
Bilingual and able to speak Mandarin.
