Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to achieve success.
You should be an enthusiastic and passionate professional with a customer-first mindset and keen attention to detail.
The ability to efficiently manage workloads, deadlines, sales targets, and multiple priorities is essential, along with a dedication to delivering exceptional client-focused service.
Experience in the residential construction industry is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and meet targetsMaster product knowledge and market trendsManage client relationships and land agent partnershipsMaintain display centers and documentationParticipate in ongoing learning & developmentManage safety in display centreUse CRM systems and follow sales standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsRequirements: 1+ years in a sales role (preferably in residential construction but not essential)Customer-focused with attention to detailStrong organisational and multitasking skillsAvailable to work Saturday-WednesdayWillingness to learn & thriveLeading industry base salary plus commissionSupportive team cultureFull sales toolkit providedEmployee benefits including discounted health insurance, home builds, and a range of wellbeing perksRegular company and team events and entertainmentWe not only build homes, we build careers too.
