Sales and Service Consultant, Canberra CampusCanberra University Campus location
Casual - 8 hours per week
Role Purpose: To service members, clients and associates with product and services, and assist with other relevant health insurance projects within their respective state.
Key responsibilities: Ensure customer contact and accessibility to Allianz Worldwide Partners taking into account peak periods.Train and brief Clients re: products as appropriateAssist with Clients queriesRegular contact with Client staff including finance, administration, student support, marketing, health staffLiaise with direct billing medical providers and monitor supplies of collateral, posters, and other Allianz Worldwide Partners informationMonitor and report feedback and complaints from clients, members, or associatesReport any issues raised by direct billing medical providersEnsure direct billing providers are aware of the nearest customer service locations and access timesFostering relationships: Coordinating orientation activities, promoting attendance at orientations and post-orientations follow upAssist with activities and task associated with obligations of preferred provider agreementsSales: Liaise with student bodies or associates to integrate product and improve the relationship and coordination of any international student problem or concernAssist with research into appropriate local channels for product salesCo-ordinate activities to distribute information regarding productAssist with product sale presentationsProduct knowledge: Develop and maintain expert knowledge in all Allianz Worldwide Partners Health Insurance product and servicesData Entry: Ensure accurate information is provided to internal and external stakeholders to enable a clear direction for satisfied customers who want to continue to deal with us.Reporting: Ensure weekly and monthly reports of on campus activities and CSR logs are completed accurately and submitted by the due date.Professional Approach: Ensure clear communication with clients and students following clear product definition and service provisions.Smart appearance must be maintained at all times and where uniforms are available these must be wornMarket Insight: Monitor and report on competitor activities at client locationsWhat you'd bring to this role: Leadership Skills: Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivatedAbility to share ideas and contribute to team discussionsProblem solving & decision-making skills: Ability to interrogate a problem and develop processes to satisfy customer needs within the parameters of the productFlexibility to manage calls remotely and online enquiries from home during COVID lockdown periodsCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate, and build effective relationships at all operations levels of the businessOther languages would be highly regardedProfessional Skills: High level of professionalism, maturity and candor in daily work ethicConfident in approachWhat we offer: Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
