WOW Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced administrator to support to sales and marketing function within a renowned Tier 1 contractor within the building industry. 
With an outstanding reputation within the industry, you will have the opportunity to become a valued member of the team and gain invaluable experience supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing.

As the Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role, dealing with clients, contracts and the sales team. You will act as an anchor in the office. The ideal candidate will be someone motivated and organised, with an interest in land and property contracts as well as proficient in Salesforce, having supported busy sales teams. 
About You:
3+ years experience in a fast paced administration role – ideally within the constructions and property industryMust be proficient with SalesforceEfficient and reliable professionalWell presented and familiar with a corporate environmentExperience dealing with clients, sales teams, and contractsExposure to to supporting marketing teamsPossess paralegal experience (contracts) – desirable but not essentialMotivated and switched on with a friendly personality.Background in construction, property, or real estate is highly desirable.About the role
Sales Administration including contracts and client relationshipsAttending marketing meetings, detailing minutes and liaising with external marketing teamUtilisation of the CRM (Salesforce essential) for creation of new projectsPreparing reports such as sales and commission repotsFamiliarisation with costsMaintain Accurate DataOffice restocking and ordersContracts ReviewingIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, or if you would like more information, please contact Caitlin – ******

Salary: $90000 per annum
