What The Role Entails As the Sales Academy Manager, you will partner with our People Development team to develop an industry-leading Sales Academy.
This includes building out the framework and developing content that refines and enhances our sales training processes.
In this pivotal position, you will: Drive the performance and development of our sales staff, maximizing their potential while embodying our core values Motivate and energize the sales team to sustain high performance over the long term Educate sales staff to prioritize impactful activities and minimize distractions Lead by example in the sales process, sharing best practices and industry expertise to secure both immediate and long-term sales success Collaborate with Sales Managers and the People Development team to continuously enhance the skills and attributes of our sales professionals Shape the ABN Sales Academy vision and contribute to our Retail strategy What Will Make You Stand Out To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven high-performing sales skills within the new residential construction industry Experience leading and managing successful sales teams in fast-paced environments A track record of coaching sales staff at various experience levels Strong presentation and facilitation skills A solid understanding of coaching methodologies and commercial acumen Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for influencing others A commitment to delivering exceptional results and a client-focused mindset About Us We've crafted over 90,000 homes, ranging from first homes to luxury residences, all while maintaining the trust of our community – 1 in 4 customers referred to us by someone who believes in our commitment.
