Safety Officer

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Safety Officer to join our medical team. As a member of our medical team, you will be delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and their families.
Job Locations: Big Springs Texas, Midland Texas, and Donna Texas.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Purchase and maintain inventory of safety supplies. Auditing, implementing, and inspecting occupational safety and health systems, safety policies, guidelines, and processes. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or Industrial Technology or related field preferred . Certification: Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Certified Health Physicist (CHP) preferred . Experience: Minimum of three (3)+ years of current experience in an occupational safety and/or health leadership role. Type of Contract: W-2 or 1099 Hours per week: 40 per week (this could alter pending on operational needs) Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision, 401K plan, 401K matching, paid holidays, paid time off.
