We're looking for a Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our People & Culture team — someone who's passionate about supporting others and fostering positive, proactive safety and wellbeing practices. What you'll be doing Lead injury management and return-to-work programs with compassion, care, and compliance across QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, and SA Coordinate with rehabilitation providers and site teams to tailor recovery plans that minimise downtime and prioritise employee wellbeing Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and accurate documentation Support the development and delivery of Levande's Mental Health & Wellbeing strategy Coach leaders and team members to foster a positive safety culture and consistent safety practices across sites Support site inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions to help address safety gaps Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reporting on safety and wellbeing performance What you'll bring Proven experience in injury management, workers' compensation, or return-to-work coordination Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and workers' compensation requirements across multiple states Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with injured workers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders Empathy, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Desirable: WHS certification, experience working in multi-site organisations, or a background in allied health, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation Why join Levande?
