Our client, a large retail business specialising in home wares, is seeking a Safety and Injury Management Administrator to join their team.
With 199 stores across Victoria, New Zealand, and Singapore, you'll work closely with 20 Regional Managers, to ensure safety compliance during the lead-up to Christmas.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Track and follow up on returned forms from Regional Managers regarding the roll-out of new Safety Guidelines.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, including incident and injury reports, within a spreadsheet (approximately 6 per week).
Communication: Collaborate with Regional Managers to ensure compliance and understanding of new safety guidelines.
Why This Role?
Part-time flexibility, either 1 day per week for 3 months or full time hours for 2 to 4 weeks.
Potential for a permanent part-time role if you have experience in Workers' Compensation reconciliations.
Work within a well known and respected brand with 199 stores across Australia, NZ, and Singapore.
What We're Looking For: Strong administrative skills with a focus on data entry and compliance Confident communicator with the ability to follow up and manage relationships with Regional Managers Experience in safety administration ideal Previous experience in workers' compensation reconciliations a bonus!
This role offers flexibility with the option to work either from the Derrimut office or Hawthorn (head office) location.
