About the Role
As a Centre Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education in a warm and engaging environment.
Your role will focus on ensuring the centre operates smoothly, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting the growth and development of both the children and your team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe, nurturing environment; Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement; Manage enrolments, occupancy rates, and family relationships; Engage with the local community to build the centre's reputation.
About You
You are authentic, passionate, and an excellent communicator.
You are organised with a great eye for detail.
You are a strong leader, articulate, commercial, and love what you do.
Hold a completed Diploma and/or (working towards) Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Approved).
Prior leadership experience working in long day care.
Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
Current First Aid Certificate and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
Current Working with Children's Check.
