Main Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for Sales Growth, Practice Build, Marketing, and Alliances in EMEA for our S/4HANA Cloud ERP Business.
As a result, you will be responsible for achieving agreed business revenue and profit targets for S/4HANA Cloud ERP.
This is an important client-facing and practice build role aimed at supporting and accelerating the sales process and maintaining key relationships with new and existing clients.
In addition, you will assist clients to improve their Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and HR functions through advisory, implementation, Apps/extensions, and adoption services with a focus on leveraging SAP-based cloud ERP technologies.
Also, you will play a vital role in mentoring and coaching other consultants and successful delivery and implementation of projects from Sales through to Delivery.
Key Accountabilities: Build and lead the future sales/business development team in APAC for S/4HANA Cloud ERP.
Work with Global Sales and Global Customer Success Management Teams to agree on a future business plan and budget and execute accordingly.
Increase sales pipeline through business development from new and existing contacts/clients.
Achievement of new business revenue growth and gross margin targets on all projects.
Drive S/4HANA Cloud ERP agenda with our existing customers.
Lead the ongoing management and reporting of sales pipeline and progress to the APAC General Manager.
Support colleagues in EMEA and North America in sharing best practices and executing against business opportunities in target markets, identifying areas of growth.
Improve market share in the APAC for S/4HANA ERP Cloud.
Build relationships with other "excelerated" companies/regions to support sales activities and execute collaborative approaches where appropriate, leading to increased sales.
Plan and manage sales resources according to agreed budgets.
Input to APAC and global sales and marketing strategy.
Ownership of Industry Offerings as required for S/4HANA Cloud ERP.
Leadership and creation of a Presales function in APAC for S/4HANA Cloud ERP.
Leadership of S/4HANA Sales and Delivery accreditations, authorizations, and certifications required by SAP to be an authorized Sell and Delivery S/4HANA cloud ERP partner.
Business Development Accountabilities: Evangelize excelerateds2p with partners, customers, and in the industry around the areas of S/4HANA Cloud ERP.
Ensure that the appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and communication processes are executed to meet the Management Team and the Board's requirements.
Build the Alliances Channel structure including key influencers and contact points in core APAC markets within SAP.
Build out new business through demand and lead generation, working with our outsourced partners to maximize sales qualified leads and sales plays.
CRM and Pipeline management in Salesforce.
Delivery of customer-focused presentations, proposals, and workshops for S/4HANA Cloud ERP.
Liaison with a network of support from within excelerateds2p, SAP, and other NON-SAP Partners where appropriate.
Hands-on support/ownership of ITTs and RFPs, as well as leadership of major transformation programs and initial S/4HANA Cloud ERP implementations.
Attendance and participation at marketing events held by both us and SAP.
Additional Responsibilities: Ownership of the project P&L at Gross Margin level (after Direct Cost and Revenue) working closely with the Head of Customer Success and wider Global Customer Success Teams to balance pipeline demand with consultant cost base.
Support the Head of Customer Success with regards to any HR matters where required, i.e., have some involvement with the performance & management of our people, assist the central HR function with the recruitment & onboarding process across Sales and Delivery for S/4HANA Cloud ERP.
Represent the exceleratedS2P Management Team in APAC.
Oversee and take ultimate responsibility for the S4 ERP Cloud Customer Success Team in APAC, supporting the Global ways of working around both Customer Success Organization and PMO.
Work with the Support Team to ensure business process and quality assurance principles are adhered to and drive the adoption of global solutions and processes powered by Salesforce & Smartsheet.
Mentoring of individual team members in APAC where applicable.
