If you are someone who can jump in where needed and not just delegate, we want you on our team!ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible to:Manage a team of skilled trainers and assessors and administration staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing professional development.Plan and coordinate day-to-day operations and business functions including site budgets, business plans and overall compliance with organisational, contractual, and RTO regulatory requirements.Ensure full class numbers and student retention.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and the community.The Successful ApplicantMANDATORY:TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (e.g.
Degree or higher in Adult Education).Demonstrated experience in education and training with knowledge and expertise of the VET quality framework, RTO management systems and relevant National Standards to support the effective delivery of programs.Proven business development skills with a track record of achieving business objectives.Applicants must have the ability to complete a Police Check, hold a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Card, and have a current Driver Licence.DESIRABLE:Qualifications in Business or Business Administration would be highly regarded.NOTE: Applicants, please include a cover letter expressing your interest, experience, and connection to our work.STEPS Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
