Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
Driving sales and customer experience
Coaching and mentoring Team Members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
Execution of visual merchandising directive
Effective stock management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

A passion for retail, customer service and fashion
Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
Strong leadership qualities
Determined to achieve sales targets and understand KPI expectations across multiple stores
Can identify opportunities in order to maximise sales
Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values
