We are looking for a skilled Rostering Officer to join our dynamic team at Multicap Group.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the alignment and deployment of staff resources to ensure timely, efficient service delivery while maximising team effectiveness.
You'll have a direct impact on the lives of those we serve by ensuring the right people are in the right place, at the right time.
What would you be doing?
Schedule and deploy staff resources efficiently to meet the needs of consumers and stakeholders.
Provide timely notifications regarding any changes to schedules or rosters.
Collaborate with various teams to manage leave and ensure service delivery is not interrupted.
Proactively identify issues and work with your team to implement effective solutions.
Perform administration and reporting tasks to meet both regulatory and organisational standards.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with UKG (Kronos, Pro-workforce Management) or similar rostering software.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think outside the box and handle tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Communication: Clear, concise communication and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
Organisational Skills : High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment and a willingness to learn.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience with clinical rostering/scheduling in aged care or community services.
Strong knowledge of rostering principles and the interpretation of Enterprise Agreement (EA) terms and conditions.
Proficient in using a range of software packages and administrative tools.
