About the Role Reporting to the Rostering and Administration Team Leader, the Rostering Officer is responsible for scheduling Home Care employees across various programs, including the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home Care Package, LHG Assist, and Transitional Care. As the key point of contact, the Rostering Officer ensures continuity of care and services to consumers in alignment with individual service and care plans, following a person-centred approach to service delivery.
About You Demonstrated expertise in organising tasks and efficiently managing multiple priorities. Proficient in administrative duties and mathematics. Serve as the primary point of contact for all rostering inquiries, ensuring the Home Care roster is accurately filled in compliance with the SCHADS Award and LHG Enterprise Agreements (EA).
Exemplify exceptional customer service to key stakeholders and ensure data integrity related to payroll, rostering, and designated reports, including leave, agency and casual pool use, terminations, recruitment, and overtime. Actively seek innovative solutions and collaborate with others to enhance processes and implement improvements.
