dnata Airport Services Australia is a ground handling company providing services to airlines and airport operators across Australia. We offer services in ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering across five continents.
We are currently seeking applications, for someone to join our rostering team as part of the Melbourne Passenger Services Operation.
This role works very closely with the Passenger Service Manager and Service Delivery Manger to ensure the correct manpower is provided on shift.
A day in the life: Determining and obtaining aircraft loads and producing rosters/ worksheets according to airlines SLAs. Processing annual leave requests. Allocating rostering patterns and the ability to create new roster patterns in accordance with EBA conditions. Actioning and updating all schedule changes. Preparing an accurately completed worksheet for the SDS to use on shift. Be willing to undertake training and work with new systems implemented into the business Proactively manage staff allocation for training. Handle and maintain staff and business confidentiality. Work with dedicated budgets and ability to provide detailed analytical report. Understanding of EBA and labour compliance, including relevant government and statutory requirements Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance and budgetary obligations are clearly articulated and plans are developed to meet these.
The successful applicant will have the highest level of attention to detail, an ability to self-manage, work under time restraints, and an ability to adapt quickly to changes and unexpected situations along with a strong commitment to Dnata's business direction and principles.
