Batman's Hill on Collins is a 4-star Accor hotel in Melbourne, offering an ideal city stay for corporate, leisure and group travel guests. We are conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, right opposite Southern Cross Station. Along with 190 guest rooms, we offer our guests and visitors a fully equipped conference centre with multiple function spaces, two restaurants and a lounge bar.
We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will service and clean allocated hotel rooms to create a welcoming and well-presented space for our guests. This role is paid at the award rate of $24.98 per hour plus penalties on weekends and public holidays.
Job Description
Clean guest rooms to the hotel's high standards following a checklistEnsure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenitiesReport maintenance requirements in guest roomsEnsure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctlyEnsure all health and safety policies and procedures are followedWhat we are looking for You must be available to work 30 hours per week when required, on a rotating roster including weekendsGood communication skills and able to work independentlyAttention to detail, taking pride in the presentation of the hotelAble to work in a physically demanding role which includes lifting and carrying, moving trolleys and using stairsExperience in housekeeping is preferred, and hotel experience would be an advantageYou must have current working rights in Australia.
