We are currently seeking an experienced qualified roofer to join our Construction team located at Mount Gambier, SA. In this position, the primary responsibilities will be to perform maintenance work, mainly roofing, and laboring duties to assist with property maintenance and construction of new facilities.About usCrossmuller is an innovative and progressive multi-disciplined company specializing in manufacturing design, automation, and systems integration. Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities, and designs and constructs automation plants for manufacturing plants and warehouses.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on warehouses and commercial buildingsConducting inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairsUsing a variety of tools and equipment to complete roofing projects safely and efficientlyAdhering to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on roofsMaintaining a clean and organized work areaQualifications:Previous experience and sound knowledge as a roofer is requiredWhite CardEWPAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructionsMust be able to work at heights and in various weather conditionsGood physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materialsA valid driver's license is preferredYour skills and work ethic will be rewarded with excellent working conditions and competitive rates.
