About the Role To develop and implement marketing initiatives that support the overall Roll’d purpose and business objectives. By using internal and external communication channels the Marketing Coordinator will aim to increase brand awareness, drive sales, communicate brand values and enhance the overall customer experience. In this role, you will report directly to your Operation Manager, and be required to undertake the following duties: Localised Marketing Communicate major promotions and campaigns with centre marketing teams and local marketing bodies and secure their marketing support. Liaise with centre marketing teams and local marketing bodies to identify opportunities for individual stores. Asses marketing opportunities for individual stores and present to General Manager – Marketing in weekly touch point meetings. Brief Graphic Designer with any print or digital requirements Ensure relevant print or digital assets are provided to centre marketing teams and local marketing bodies by required deadlines. Coordinate and communicate all planned activity to Franchisees and Store Managers. Maintain the Local Marketing Contact List, ensuring details of marketing contacts for individual stores is always up to date. Manage the LAM calendar in collaboration with the wider marketing calendar. Main point of contact for Area Managers, store managers and franchisees. Analyse activations and offers to assess the success of each activation and offering. Attend marketing activations to ensure localised marketing support is provided to all stores. Assist to coordinate and implement national marketing campaigns Digital Communications Work alongside National Marketing Coordinator and digital agency to develop the localised content schedule including website, eDM’s and social channels to support greater marketing and business activity. Assist agency when necessary to brief and publish blog, website, social and eDM content. Store Openings Manage the Critical Path for each store opening to ensure all obligations and deadlines are met within budget. Liaise with centre marketing teams and local marketing bodies to identify opportunities for new stores. Work with Graphic Designer to execute print and digital requirements, including writing creative briefs, supplying assets to centre marketing teams and local marketing bodies. Work with digital agencies to execute online requirements, including addition to new stores, location pages, registration pages and e-vouchers. Provide field support where required, engaging with customers and assisting the Franchisee, Store Manager or Operations team. Administration Ensure efficient spend of allocated marketing budget including timely approval of invoices. Ensure marketing calendar reflects all localised activity both past, present and future. Complete/contribute to the weekly feed as required Flexibility with working hours will be required, due to the nature of the hospitality business.
