You’re sure to be learning from the best with our team of experienced Cyber Specialists, Security Architects and Pentesters. What will your typical day look like? We’ll be honest here. It’s hard to tell you what an average day will look like at Deloitte because every day is just so different! You can expect to be working on something new and exciting each day as you thrive in one of these specialist groups: •Architecture & Engineering – As you work within the DevOps space, design and implement systems (across cloud, network and application platforms) that defend clients against cyber attacks. •Identity & Access Management – Assist clients with their authentication/ authorisation, access management and federation, and user lifecycle management. •Security Strategy & Governance – Help our clients manage their cyber defences and adhere to security best practices! •Cyber Intelligence & Penetration Testing – Monitor our clients’ systems to detect vulnerabilities and attacks and rigorously test their cyber defences. Despite where you end up, know that your work will make a real difference, as you understand clients’ needs, current processes and visions, and design a solution that safeguards their business. Enough about us, let’s talk about you. We know that as a student, you may not necessarily have a tonne of work experience, and that’s okay! At Deloitte, we see past experience and value your ethic and potential to grow more than anything else. You’re someone who: •Thinks analytical and is a self-confessed tech lover with a technical background (eg. IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering degree) •Loves to solve problems and is comfortable with communicating your crazy ideas in person and on paper! •Works best collaboratively – you thrive when working with other members in a team! •Has some experience in computer programming and/or scripting It would be a plus if you have: •A strong understanding of computer networking concepts •Cloud infrastructure and application experience •Penetration testing experience (i.e. perhaps you’ve entered a few ‘Capture the Flag’, ‘Hack the Box’, or reverse engineering events or comps) Are you in?
