THE ROLE We are currently seeking Rio Tinto Inducted Riggers for various works across multiple mine sites with Australia's biggest mining producers.
As a Rigger you will assist and undertake planned maintenance, shutdowns and project works on fixed plant mining equipment.
Proven Capabilities with.
Working within the mining and resources sector.
Fixed plant maintenance – lifting and installing plant equipment.
Assisting crane operators to select the correct lifting method and directing load movement.
Inspecting the lifting gear for suitability and condition.
Lifting sea containers.
ABOUT YOU High Risk Work Licence - Rigging Basic/Intermediate/Advanced.
Valid Verification of competency (VOC) in Rigging.
Working at Heights.
Enter and Work in Confined Spaces.
Construction White Card.
Australian Work Rights.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & ongoing Drug & Alcohol screens.
Must be Rio Tinto Inducted.
