Revenue Officer

Robert Walter's has partnered with a prominent NSW State Government Department to source a Revenue Officer to join their team on a 3 month contract starting immediately.
This role will be based on site at the Department's office in Stanmore and can only consider immediately available candidates who are available for the full contract length lasting till the 20th of December.
What you'll do: Collect patients' paperwork from Admissions dailyEnsure Admission paperwork is duly authorised and completeUpdate insurance details for patientsFollow-up Aged Debtors and liaise with insurance company for unpaid accountsOrganise payment plans with defaulted patientsProcess cheque and credit card payment batches dailyProvide assistance and services to a broad range of patient queries in Revenue AreaWhat you bring: Excellent attention to detailAbility to work both independently and in a teamAdaptability to flexible work practicesStrong clerical, organisational skills and time management skillsEffective communication skills both verbal and writtenComputer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
