In this temporary customer service role, you'll be responsible for handling inquiries regarding credit and returns for Maui Jim and Zeal eyewear products.
Your role will include receiving and inspecting returned items, assessing product conditions, and analyzing the reason for returns.
You'll manage returns processing by cleaning and preparing merchandise, deciding on stock status for account credit, and accurately entering information into SAP to keep records up to date.
Additionally, maintaining weekly inventory and achieving an average of 19 return entries per hour are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

You're a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and a knack for problem-solving.
Your background in customer support, inventory management, or returns processing has equipped you with the skills to inspect products thoroughly and enter data accurately.
Experience with SAP is a plus, and your adaptability makes you the perfect fit to cross-train within the department as needed.
